By outsourcing these IT services, Toyotalift, Inc. is able to focus more on delivering outstanding service and quality consultation and training to their customers. [Toyotalift, Inc.](http://www.toyotaliftinc.com) provides new, used and rental forklifts and aerial lifts in Arizona and Southern California. They also sell new industrial vehicles, such as tow tractors, golf carts and industrial sweepers and scrubbers. Toyotalift, Inc. recognizes the importance of securely maintaining their customers’ financial and personal information and chose Protelligent’s [ManagedIT Complete](https://protelligent.net/services/managed-it) service to level the playing field. Our ManagedIT Complete delivers 24x7x365 monitoring which ensures the critical systems that hold their customers’ data and information are fully functional to avert potential downtime. While limiting exposure to vulnerabilities, ManagedIT Complete also protects sensitive financial information by securely maintaining all records. With four different locations, Toyotalift, Inc. also understands the importance of the ability to access data between facilities while, at the same time, preventing data loss and guarding information against unforeseen disasters. They elected to use our Cloud Backup | CloudDR service which provides three different levels of backup and data restoration and recovery: local backup on their internal systems, offsite replication and recovery using Protelligent’s secure data centers and cloud restoration to provide recovery in the event of fire, flood or theft to guarantee minimal data loss. Protelligent values our relationship with Toyotalift, Inc., and looks forward to supporting them as they continue to provide industrial vehicles and training to California and Arizona’s warehouses.
