Through the outsourcing of IT and data recovery services to Protelligent, Morning Star Boys’ Ranch is able to focus less on technological issues, and more on the personalized aspects of providing care to children and families in need. Morning Star Boys’ Ranch is a facility based in Spokane, WA that provides professional care, guidance and hope to children, teens and families. Their goal is to [nurture the social, moral, educational and emotional needs](http://www.morningstarboysranch.org/home) of their youth residents, while helping parents address home-environment changes that promote family unity and healing. Dedicated to their mission, the ranch chose Protelligent’s ManagedIT Complete service to level the playing field and allow them more time to focus on client care and less time on the systems required to support day-to-day activities. The 24x7x365 monitoring offered by ManagedIT Complete ensures critical systems that house records are fully functional at all times and potential downtime is averted. In addition to limiting the exposure to vulnerabilities, the service also ensures all records are securely maintained, protecting sensitive personal information of both residents and staff. To guard this sensitive information against unforeseen disasters, [Morning Star Boy’s Ranch](http://www.morningstarboysranch.org/home) has also chosen to utilize our [Cloud Backup | CloudDR](https://protelligent.net/services/cloud-backup) service. CloudDR provides backup and data restoration/recovery on three different levels: local backup on the ranch’s systems, offsite replication and recovery using Protelligent’s secure data centers and Cloud Restoration to provide recovery in the event of fire, flood or theft guaranteeing minimal data loss. Protelligent looks forward to building a lasting relationship with Morning Star Boys’ Ranch by supporting their mission to provide compassionate care and development programs for teens and families to strengthen our community.
