Protelligent Achieves Microsoft Silver Competency in Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions

Protelligent® recently earned our status as a Microsoft Silver Competency provider in Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions. This, combined with our membership in International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, SoCal Chapter (IAMCP), allows us to help shape the future of our industry and strengthens our ability to deliver enterprise-class IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
In earning our Silver competency status, Protelligent demonstrated a strong working proficiency in the Microsoft cloud solutions we offer our clients. We were also required to provide references from three of our valued customers as proof of our expertise in meeting the needs of our customers, as well as Microsoft’s standards of excellence.
Now that we are a Silver competency provider, we join the Microsoft partner support community which allows us to increase our knowledge of Microsoft products and services. Additionally, we have access to the Microsoft Partner University, an extensive training program that provides us with a greater depth of knowledge, tools and support.
As a small and mid-market business (SMB) partner, Protelligent has opted to invest in the Office 365 platform to ensure our customers are able to securely access their data from any location. Our SMB cloud-solution competency allows us to deliver the office solutions our small and midsize business customers need to generate revenue and increase productivity.
Protelligent is also a member of IAMCP SoCal Chapter. Through this membership, Protelligent has the opportunity to join together with other members to maximize our business potential and assist in community growth, education and outreach programs. By networking with industry peers, we are able to create a member advocacy that gives us a stronger voice into Microsoft product development, program changes and the IT community. This helps ensure future products have the greatest benefit to our customers, as well as the success of the industry as a whole.
